Summary: The rehabilitation of sewers and drains involves material preservation, maintenance and modernisation of sewer networks. Today, sewer network operators can choose from a variety of rehabilitation processes. This article is aimed to provide an overview of the state of the art. It describes the different no-dig processes used for the replacement, renovation and repair of sewer, water and gas pipes, and focuses on rehabilitation measures in the wastewater sector. The hose liner refurbishing method is not topic.
